Discover The IQF Fruits Packaging
IQF Strawberry packaging
Strawberries are hand-harvested at peak ripeness and quickly transported to the processing plant, where they undergo quality inspection to remove damaged or unripe fruits. They are thoroughly washed, sorted by size and quality, and then mechanically hulled to remove their green tops. A second washing may follow to ensure cleanliness. Afterward, the strawberries are pre-cooled to lower their temperature before being rapidly frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method, which preserves their texture and appearance by preventing large ice crystals. Once frozen, the berries are packed in bulk or retail packages under cold conditions and stored in deep freezers at -18°C or lower until shipment.

IQF Mango packaging
Mangoes are harvested at the correct maturity and swiftly transported to the processing facility, where they are inspected to remove any damaged or unsuitable fruits. They are thoroughly washed, sorted by size and ripeness, then peeled and de-seeded either manually or mechanically. The mango flesh is cut into slices, dices, or cheeks as required, followed by an optional second wash to maintain color and cleanliness. The pieces are then pre-cooled to lower their temperature before being rapidly frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method at very low temperatures to keep them separate and preserve quality. Finally, the frozen mango pieces are packed under cold conditions and stored at -18°C or below until shipment.
